To the contrary! I think the shadows should be more soft-edged, less sharp, especially close to the light source, then getting progressively fuzzier the further out they are. Ambient lighting. Tough nut, there. Keep working it. Camera: in general, the lower the camera angle, the more dramatic the shot. Average horizon line is nipple-high. Arrangement/Composition: If the objects are immoveable, minor changes in camera placement/angle can make a big difference. Lighting is esp. key. In short, save a good base position, then do alot of experimentation. Really good lighting is my personal demon. Let us see the finished image!
