Subject: Problem posing chains

I downloaded DAZ's chains and post freebie and have an idea for using it. But it just isn't going to happen if I can't figure out a way to pose the damn chain! Every time I've tried i've ended up with... well 'knitting' is about the best way to describe it. Please tell me that there is an easy way to pose chains. Jack

heyas; what's the matter with it? are you trying to pose them with ik on, and by moving the ends around? probably won't come out too nice. if they don't have easy pose built into the freebie, perhaps somebody will put it in and release that.

Hi bloodsong, thanks for answering. No, I've got ik turned off and I am trying to move the chain from the free end to position the shackle around the figure's wrist. But the result is not great. Okay, I could carry on this way and eventually get what I want - but I have three chained characters, and so six chains to pose. Just wondering if their was an easier way to go about it. Jack

I've made an EasyPose version of those already using EasyPose Underground. I was thinking of putting it in the free stuff, but I'd need hosting.
