Subject: Poser Forum Crawling?

Yesterday and today getting to the threads from new messages is taking many minutes. I'm talking anywhere from 2-4 minutes to get to a thread.
Its now 16:42 CST with 1446 users on-line, which is a flood alright. Is this going to be the general scene at R'osity from now on, (a couple of days ago it was going faster than ever at around the same time) or is it some other problem with the net connections to Australia?

Masha, I'm here in the states, have DSL, and am having the same problems. I doubt it has anything to do with your Down Under connections.

Slow? On my asdl line it's pretty fast... if you're a snail. I can play a quick game of Freecell while I'm waiting to load messages. Strangely, the response time is inconsistent from minute to minute. One moment it goes like the proverbial nether bound bat but the next moment feels like wading through a vat of molasses. - Jack

CL has been putting 'osity advertisement cards in their P5 boxes, so expect an influx of new members. I've seen an increase of about 50% online at any given time in the last month or so. 'Osity has been making some upgrades from what I glean off the threads, but I agree, more needs to happen. Hang in there. I suspect osity will rise to the occasion.
