Here's a still from an animation I did for a short movie called "Film Club." (It's a parody of the preview for "Fight Club.") I tried to upload the animation, but couldn't figure out how. (If there's a trick to that, can you tell me, Clint?) I did this shot and a bunch of props (like a Variety magazine cover, money, a bomb, stuff like that). Anyway, go to www.shortfilmnetwork.com if you want to see the whole five-minute movie. There are other movies there, too. Time pressures (as usual) didn't allow me to detail the model as I would like to have, but the shot lasts all of 2 1/2 seconds, so it works. Comments are always welcome! Chip

I love the movie! Very good, though I must say I really liked fight club, too. Great parody though. The lighting is great and the ground texture looks excellent.

Chip, Thats great. No that was excellent. I am very impressed! Funny also. Did you do this for school or work or just fun? Are you in the film? ;) Clint

Thanks for the good words about the film. No, it wasn't done for work or school; just for fun (and possibly getting noticed out there in the "reel" world). Before I took the day-job I have now, I used to work in the art department in movies -- mostly made for TV things, but it was still fun. If you watch TV, you've probably seen something I worked on.... And no, I don't appear in the movie; I had schedule conflicts and couldn't be on-set, or I probably would have been in it. Lots of my friends are in it, though....
