Subject: Is there any good tutorials of hair?

After playing in the hair room, find it hard to made a good hair. And after calculation of the hair dynamix, all the hair is not what the way I hope. Hope to find some good tutorials.

And here is the guide hair.... I hope to have smooth hair but I got this I turn on the collision, and calculate the hair dynamix...
