The problem with a dangerous philosophy Is that it always incites dangerous minds, Impure minds that pervert the sacred canon Into a cruel travesty of unholy antithesis Into a maddening quest for tyranny.... Impure minds with unclean hearts Impure hearts with unclean minds Brazenly co-opting the messengers words Twisting the truth like a viper on the prowl Wrapping it in the mask of the crowd..... Such pretension and sacrilege! What great danger to all that is 'man'! It takes innocence to carry the truth Nobility to fashion the great charge Only a man with a purity of heart Only a man with free-spirited mind Devoid of motives, aware of the crime Is capable of carrying the prophet's line. Danger lurks in this innocence of mine! copyright 2002 seanmichael (inspired by Hitler's perversion of Nietzsche's philosophy)

As a poem it's great and as philosophy it demands the answer, "We both have 'Truths' aren't mine the same as yours?" Nice to hear from you.

I think it's great. I even think I understand it. And, that in itself, is great!

Although I hesitate to use the word because it has become corrupted, this really is profound. Unlike many works given that same description, your poem/treatise has a simple clarity and lyric flow without pretentiousness. I feel uncomfortable talking about this because it is so good that I don't feel my comments can add to it, but I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed/respected this.
