I'd really like some advice on how to to pose Victoria's mouth and tongue better.

Traveler has some Victoria tongue morphs at Morph World 3.0.

Jaager has various lip, teeth, and expression morphs for Victoria at Club Vicki.

And if you're feeling particularly ambitious, you can make Victoria's original tongue transparent and replace it with a poseable tongue figure by Ikyoto (available at SHAR3D).
