Your best bet is to throw that one the way of Curious Labs. Go to their site and you will see a link to send them email.

I just got my Poser 5. The service packs are not on the CD, and I wouldn't expect them to be -- EVER. I bought Poser 4 and the Pro Pack long after the last service packs were released, and none of them were shipped with the product. In fact, I purchased Pro Pack as a download from the CL store, and I still had to download the service pack for PP. By the way, Poser 5 has run without a hitch on my machine under XP Pro. I'm really excited by the possibilities, but there are enough changes in how things are done to require a big time investment in learning the interface again.

I have to disagree, I purchased poser 4.03, with the patch already incorporated. So eventually there should be a poser 5.whatever, but when. I only bought poser 4.03 last year in March, I don't know how long it had been out before that.

I think that CL said in another thread that the patches would be on the CD in the future, but they didn't give a time line. You could always email them and ask when they expected it to be in the CD in the future. They also said that they were releasing separate CDs with the first patch, perhaps you can get them to throw it in with your order, if they aren't already that is. It's a monster download, and if you have a slow connection it can take a while. I had to let mine do it over night.
