If I'm not mistaken there was a free LR Vicky in a here.

for a brief period DAZ offered a free lo-res vicky. alas, no longer. But it's cheap anyways :)

There was a free low-res version of Vicky that someone did before DAZ's low-res version came out - but damned if I can remember who did it. :( Sorry. I do remember that you needed the Objaction Mover also.
