Hello, Maybe this is a stupid question but.... I have dynamic cloth by PhilC. In his instructions, you drape for so many frames before the simulation. It works great this way. I also have dynamic cloth from PoserFashion. In his instructions, you do not drape. His also works great. Why on some cloth would you have to drape and on others not? I always have to be sure I have each person's instructions before I use the material. Thanks, Bill

it depends on the shape and densaty of the cloth. if its a full dress for instances then you need draping so the folds set up properly. if its a tighter fiting ot heavy garment that folds and contor arent as preolent in the look of the cloth then it would not be as important. Draping is the time for the cloth to setel out over the figure. a long animation and the right types it will setel fine with out a pre setel peiod. IE a brick from waist high droped hits the floor in the blink of an eye. a silk kerchif will float down and take time. hope this helps laters Vel
