You gotta admit it. You do not look like Vicky or Steph. Your neighbours doesn't look like Vicky or Steph... so say hello to Gertrude. She could be your neighbour. She could even be YOU (heh unless you're a man) Ah well, Basically I'm trying to make Vickie (and Steph and Mike later on) look a little more like everyday people. Anybody interested? This texture isn't the final one, so please don't let it disturb you. They will have everyday skin as well *G*

Hey, as long as she's not in a templer with a sword! ;) Nice to see something not so "voluptuous".

I don't know why but Leonard Cohen's lyrics just came rushing to mind: "Ah we're drinking and we're dancing and the band is really happening and the Johnny Walker wisdom running high And my very sweet companion she's the Angel of Compassion she's rubbing half the world against her thigh And every drinker every dancer lifts a happy face to thank her the fiddler fiddles something so sublime all the women tear their blouses off and the men they dance on the polka-dots and it's partner found, it's partner lost and it's hell to pay when the fiddler stops: it's CLOSING TIME... And the moon is swimming naked and the summer night is fragrant with a mighty expectation of relief So we struggle and we stagger down the snakes and up the ladder to the tower where the blessed hours chime and I swear it happened just like this: a sigh, a cry, a hungry kiss the Gates of Love they budged an inch I can't say much has happened since but CLOSING TIME... " :)

I love Leonard Cohen. I've been wanting to do a pice inspired by "Take This Waltz" for a long time. Nice work, ernyoka1!

quixote ( ) posted Thu, 21 November 2002 at 5:32 PM

Ya! nice work ernyoka1. Very nice. Hiram: Take this Waltz ? Terrific: "Oh I want you, I want you, I want you On a chair with a dead magazine In the cave at the tip of the lily In some hallways where love's never been On a bed where the moon has been sweating In a cry filled with footsteps and sand Ay, Ay, Ay, Ay Take this waltz, take this waltz Take its broken waist in your hand"

Hey--I like her! Maybe she should have a c-section scar (as opposed to a c exception) or something, since we're dealing with reality here.

ockham ( ) posted Thu, 21 November 2002 at 5:45 PM

Love it! In fact she does look like a "midpoint morph" between three of my female neighbors, and generally resembles just about all the women I see daily (except for the -really- old ones.) About damn time!

I have to say, one of my neighbors looks a lot like Steph; his name's Ronnie and he works at one of the drag shows here in town.

Yeah actually she DID get to look a little bit like Judy. Scary, huh? That the beautiful Vickie can be made to look anything remotely associated with Alien Judy L Anyway, this IS indeed Victoria and not Judy, as I do not have Poser 5.
