Subject: Someone please help me before I go BALD :o(

OK, so I'm working on a MOR pose for Gertrude, my Victoriabased character. And after I tried MAT pose edit, things have progressed nicely. Except for one thing: The face. Whaever I do the face morphs doesn't work. They work fine in the cr2 I've saved but not in the MAT pose, and if I try to make a fc2 I can't load it afterwards, it says that it doesn't "pertain to figures of this type", whatever that's supposed to mean :o( I've made faces before and they've always worked, so I don't know why this happens :o( Is it becourse I've spawned a morph (called Gertrude)? The morph "Gertrude" does not appear in the list in MAT pose edit. and not in the fc2 either. But it is present in the cr2. Someone please help. And please in plain english (or rather plain danish but I guess that's impossible G)

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

are you making a mat pose ( material / texture settings ) or a mor pose? ( morph settings ) that isn't really clear in your post.

Oh.. I'm making a MOR pose. And the body works like a charm. But the face stays put, except for a small smile that comes on when I load the MOR pose So now I've tried something new, exported the Gertrude head as a obj and used it to make a morph target with. Is this obj head legal to distribute? And would everybody consider it a Royal PITA if a sold item had a obj that would have to be made into a morph before the character could be used? I'm not sure I would like that at least, but...

Here's a pic of what happens. As mentioned the body morphs loads as they should. But not the head.

Hmm one thing I noticed about MatPose edit is that the specilized morphs don't load with the figure. (have no reason unless it's something I am doing) Which it probably is.. Might try Pam's tutorial for a quick and dirty Mor which might help you> Jaqui will come along soon with a link to the thread S
