Just saw this new hair at Zygote. Victoria's Layered Flip Hairstyle.

Very nice. Turns out Zygote's putting some good stuff out pretty fast here.

Ah... They listened when I said her hair was too flat. :) I'll have to get this. This render of her looks very much like one of my co-workers.

Wow. You have a nice looking co-worker ;)

Well, to give 'em the benefit of the doubt, it is a little bit more ambitious in styling than Kozaburo's fine efforts so far. I might consider this. :-)

well anyway it's not bad looking and the lady's sweet too :) -Ede

Gyah. Now I HAVE to shell out for Victoria/Millie! Damn you Zygote! :)

Hmmm. I might consider it. Looks like they're using the new morphs for the render, 'cause the profile seems less heinous. -Talos

I'd Like to see what the texture map and transmap actually look like. The key to Kozaburo's hair is the realistic texture maps. Zygote's release of the new hair style does make me wonder. Are they going to try to recoup the cost of Victoria by selling single hair and clothing models for $20 each? I would think that they would bundle hair and clothing together in a CD Collection for Victoria.

Zygote are obviously going to offer new stuff for Victoria, and do so in order to make a profit. They are a business, not a charity. 20 dollars seems reasonable for addon stuff if it's high quality, and I'd much prefer it if they offered stuff for sale separately so that I only have to buy the bits that interest me. They can sell it in a CD bundle too if they want, that's fine, and no doubt equally useful for other people. Remember, you only have to buy their stuff if it is of interest to you. It isn't obligatory. Your Poser program will work just fine with the great Zygote models that were included with it, and all the amazing freebies that the Poser community share. :-)

I think it's time to put out a call to the community to begin developing clothes and hair that work for millie. Given that Zygote thinks that $20/item is ok... and doesn't seem to want to do the bundles they used to do... We're going to need some other recourse. For hair I think we mostly need to know what numbers to enter into the scales and (xyz)-trans to get old hair to look right on her. But for clothes we may need newly modeled stuff.

Arcady, I think they are releasing the items individually for $10-20 as they come out, but are planning on bundling them together later; at least that was the impression I had from the first information they released about Mictoria.

I don't have any trouble at all using the old hair on Millie/Vicky. Most of the time I just move it upward a bit on the vertical y trans, and tweak the x scale on occasion. With very tiny adjustments that a beginner could do, I can use Allie's transmap hair and all the other goodies.
