This is the Case I submitted to MetaCreations. I was hoping maybe someone could or would be able to get me back up and running here sooner. __________________________________________________ I installed and uninstalled 3 times now... Using Posers uninstall and windows add/remove programs. System is win 95. (dont laugh new system on it's way) In my drop down for File... I have several choices listed more than once... This is exactly as it appears; Import= AVI Bkgrn pic Poser doc Poser library sound ---- BVH Quickdraw 3D studio DXF wavefront detailer Quickdraw 3D studio DXF wavefront detailer This is exactly how Export appears; Export= Image --- Rib BvH motion Painters script ( not showing as available) Quickdraw 3Dstudio DXF Metastream Wavefront Detailer Hanim VRML Quickdraw 3Dstudio DXF Hanim Metastream Wavefront Detail VRmL I have downloaded and installed the Update Poser402Updater. Which ran and said installed successfully. I am unable to import any wavefront objects. When I do what occurs is it appears the object is being brought in... Then I am back to my scene and I have now "NO" options available at all in FILE EDIT FIGURE DISPLAY RENDER WINDOW. And the object is not in the scene at all. I thought a complete uninstall and reinstall would do it.. But now that I have tried this twice I don't know what the problem is. Please help me get this back up and running.

I think you have multiple copies of the export extensions in the poser directory. Poser is VERY agressive in looking for them and will find them in subdirectores and such.

Have you moved your plugin's folder from under Poser, before upgrading? This is very important, as mentioned by Larry in all his previous patches! Nandus
