Subject: Morphing?

Hiya all - I have a question, partly OT. I have a customer who wants a morph - (not Poser Morph Target) an image morphing into another. Or transforming, if you like. In fact, I will be doing it partly with Poser - I'll start with an animal in Poser, do a really simple animation, then zoom in to a still of the animal's face. Then I need to go to another app and make the face morph/transform into a company logo. The Poser bit is OK, no prob - but then a graphics app to do a morph - any suggestions? Of course I'd like one that's free or inexpensive...... :o) I have PShop, but it doesn't do this kind of thing that I know of. The morph can in principle be from one still image to another (no need for animation in the morph), and I need it output in a sequence of frames, to become an MPG2 - in Premiere or whatever. Fairly decent quality. I don't need a fancy 3D morph, 2D is fine. The logo is 2D anyway. So I've got the Poser part covered, and the last video part too - but the morphing thing in the middle... how? Typical customer situation - they waited a month for something fancy for a lot of bucks from some ad agency, and when it finally came yesterday a few days before the big occasion, it looked like shit - and now I have to bail them out in a BIG hurry. Weekend job! But bucks is bucks.... and I really need them. Help guys... I need to give a answer tomorrow if I'm to get the job at all! :] Fish

I was VERY happy with a super cheap software (and very easy to use) I bought in London in 1998, called "Sentfactor Morph". My problem is that for some reason, it went into my ex-wife's pile of CDs and when we divorced, she took it away. I asked her back, but she can't find it anymore (at least she says so - but I hope she's sincere! after all it costed only a few pounds). Well anyway I have NEVER been able to find it anywhere else. And of course I can't go to London with the specific purpose of looking for it! Sentfactor does not appear to have a web site (at least I can not find it). If someone knows more about Sentfactor company and Sentfactor morph software (their web site address, or a snail mail contact, or a web store or secondhand like Ebay), could please IM or email me. Thanks :-) Orio

The page I found this on was from 1995 so don't be surprised if it isn't current. n They may no longer be in business. Maybe try Galway information?
