Love horses. I downloaded several cool morphs for the Poser horse and have applied them but the resulting renders leave a lot to be desired. Plastic hair...on human figures like on horses are a bit disconcerting. I have many textures including the great tex maps from DAZ which included the tail transmaps but no mane transmaps. If anyone here knows of some mane transmaps for the horse please let me know. Thanks!

A transmap for the P4 horse's mane wouldn't do you much good; there's hardly anything to transmap.

LisaB parented 11 transmapped long-curls hair props to the horse to create a decent mane. You can download it at Mystical Modality.

There is a fix that uses the Charger mane on the HOrse for sale here. Mot much good without the Charger. Emily

Go poke through 3DMenagerie and Pierren Piaffe for horse related stuff - those are the sites of Bloodsong and Daio respectively. I'm not sure if they have props for the mane, but they would know. The link id for Lyne's recently released a morphs and breed presets which help a great deal. And VistaInternet has Lyne's great textures/poses for the horse. (but they are CD only, so you have to wait a few days to get the goodies)
