Subject: What's Wrong With This Picture?

Anyone notice how some Poser figures(i.e. Vicky's Hair, lenses in eyewear, glass pane in window props) appear as tiny vertical wavy lines? when you render the scene, those tiny vertical wavy lines become the things that they are supposed to be. If , however, you try to create an animation, they become tiny vertical wavy lines again. Are such Poser figures only meant for still images, or do I need to do something with them before exporting to AVI?

think you speak about transparent dots, that get transmaps when rendered. If you do the animation you have to setup the renderoptions the same as you do for stills ,and everything should work nice

lol, good guess, thgeisel. i was wondering what the hell he was talking about! ;) danny7, since poser can't show transparent surfaces, it uses this "dots" approximation.

Make sure in the Animations Options, you have it selected to make the animation as "Current Render Settings", not "Current Display Settings".
