AHHHH, I see. Makes sense now. I was thinking split personality for a second there. Now I see why you wanted to keep this so bad. Not exactly sure how you would find the offset. You can try to ungroup it and select just one of the objects and then to go the multireplicattion box and see what it tells you then. Honestly, though. You should start anothers post and show this thing off for the simple fact that it is so damn cool. Also, I am sure someone else might know the answer that you're looking for for the replication. Really cool, object, TG. Quick question, if I may. Why the 2 names? Just curious is all. I like TankGirl, by the way. I remember when the movie came out some time ago. Yeah, I actually saw it, too.
Because I like to blow $%&# up.

Actually, split personally, just kidding (though it might be true, Hmmm, would explain all my power tools)I got this as a nickname because I like taking things apart to see how they work, and put them back together with a slightly augmented function, friends said if I ever got hold of a tank it would look like Tankgirl's, so I was kidding called Tankgirl from then on. Only seemed natural when I was on the web to use it as my nome d'plume. Then I got a new computer and acqiured Zhann, from Farscape, she was my favorite character, being something of an apothecary and prietess, jack of all trades, it fit so Zhann was who I was. And that gave birth to Zhann's Place, my site...so depending on which computer I log on with that's the name you'll see...I was rendering an all glass version of this and it took 3days, so I used my other computer to surf and Tankgirl emerged...=)

I was tweaking and older abstract that had tori in it and just for sh_ts and giggles, selected a torus, multireplicated it, and low and behold came up with a really fanastic object, rendered and went on to another image... Now, I want to recreate the tori object and, of course, I didn't pay attention to the multireplicate window as far as settings, so I haven't a clue to reproducing the original effect with tori or anything else...How can I retreive the settings I used on this object? And how can I save it to use it in other images? I know I can copy it, but is there a way to save it as an object I can import? (I'll be posting the images to the gallery, so you can see the object) Any help appreciated....Zhann
