A dynamic something Roxie can wear on the beach

Top area is constrained to figure.
Tri-meshing 5 mm for best dynamic performance but can be computer intensive.
On my I7 processor a 30 frame sim took about 4-5 minutes.
Take good care of your self and use the time while sin runs to stretch your legs.
Be sure you use cloth self collision or the skirt may self-intersect.
UV maps are completely flat and un-stretched so use your own textures with ease.
Feel fre to use for commercial or private.
