Tri-meshing 10 mm for best dynamic performance but can be computer intensive.
Be sure you use cloth self collision or the shirt may self-intersect.
UV maps are completely flat and un-stretched so use your own textures with ease.
Template is included but with flat UV's ANY seamless tile texture will do. Just move and scale.
Feel free to use for commercial or private.
