Description

The two previous days I've shown you the view to the west (two days ago) and the east (yesterday) from my grandmother's house. In todays picture I've turned to the north and put on a tele lens. As my holliday weather continued to improve some clouds were still clinging to the nearby mountains, and the clouds rolling along Himmeltind (Heaven Peak) is what I've attempted to capture here. This picture is, again, from Lofoten - a small group of islands pretty far to the north in Norway.

Hold up. These were taken from your grandmother's house?! Where, exactly, does she live and can I get an invite?

There's something really majestic about clouds flowing around mountains - sort of adds a whole new dimension to a place. Excellent shot, your Grandmother lives in quite some place! Kastakan

Sublime ! I have no words to say to you what emotions I fell looking your photograph ! This top involved by the clouds is really magic... That points out the same emotions to me that I felt a few weeks ago when I was in the Dolomites in Italy. Thank you for this Erik ...

Such a majestic image!! This photo is excellent! If there was a little more snow on those mountains, the clouds could just as easily pass for an avalanche. :-D
