I love the idea of this scene. Which of us girls (or even guys) hasn't sneaked a glance at ourselves in a window or mirror on the way out to a date or other event? Her pose is very well done. There are three things that might make this image even better. First, reconsider how you have the image framed. Placing the figure off center creates more interest, and cropping out the background to the left will bring out the reflection more. Second, she seems to be floating a bit; I can't see her feet, but I can see some of the floor under her. Third, black is a very difficult color to render realistically. It tends to come out very flat and 2d. What about a deep blue or purple for the dress? That would show off the folds of the dress better; otherwise, you need some shading on those folds to bring them out and give the dress more dimension. But overall this is a nice image.
