Description

Night has fallen on the earth, A black cloak gather'd 'round the sky, So like a long and dreadful birth Of a dark and dreary sigh. Whisper softly autumn leaves, For the willow weeps and grieves. 'Tis for my sorrow she sheds tears, 'Tis sorrow that she does conceive. Cease not to wail, oh biting wind! Scream, oh fiery skies! Moan oh earth, to put an end To Heaven's dreadful lies! Yet the winds die down, The skies grow calm, With its rippling gown, the light hides all. Only deep in the hearts of those who weep, The darkness persists, yet covers not all. The hills of thought are often steep, Yet with a spark, one can avoid a fall. Yes, there is light, deep in memory, Small, flickering flames; a distant story Of he who was and he who is no more Gone as though washed away on the shore. In all the radiance of godliness, In all the mystery of purity. Oh God in Heaven, with all Your right, How couldst thou take him from my sight?! Now grieve oh world, in thine emptiness, For how worthless thou art now! You cease to hold he to whom All life you should endow. Drown yourself in tears young maiden, Sing a song of night, dark raven, Hence my sorrow the world shall share, At the loss of an Angel, sweet and fair. copyright-Auzifairy 2005 Greetings to all and thank you for reading.

Hi Anoo! This is just so wonderful; it is deep and is an epic in its truest form. I love the anger that is in it. Keep up the good work.................Bye Anoo.
