Description

I'm finally on top of Red Hill (8,000 ft elevation level). As you can see, most of this hill is composed of red cinder. There are areas of black cinder rocks. Looking up to the next little hill up front is my "First Hill" . Straight above 1st hill at the sky line is "Second Hill" . The day looks blue but the clouds are coming in from the right of me. Aloha and thank you for viewing

8000ft???? Man that is at a hight altitude. You cant really tell that your that high up when there arent any clouds around to give you some perspective. YAY for you, so you finally made it up huh. Well it sure looks like it was worth the climb. A really stunning scenery, think it might look really beautiful as a panorama. Have a great day #:O)

A very nice view. The cinder rock looks a bit hard on boots though. I bet the color will stain clothing too. Here I just keep an eye out for poison oak. Maybe a bear - saw one a couple of months ago. I went the other way!

Nothing as changable as the weather! It looks a bit dry so that much precipitation won't fall here, I suppose! Gorgeous landscape, red and green covered by the blue sky! Gorgeous work, Errol!
