I agree with you kirisute, if the image was just about the character only. I wanted to give a feeling of an absolute lost and abandoned atmosphere. She looks alone and lost as a soul, you might not have gotten the same feel from an up close shot. This is just my opinion of this mindless pixelated piece of art.......
