Just another struggling artist with a passion for 3D computer graphics. I was first inspired by the works of Jean Giraud (a.k.a. Moebius) of "Heavy Metal" fame, hence the tribute in my online moniker. My 3D CGI tool of choice is LightWave, but I have recently started mucking about with digital photography. Other tools include Vue Infinite and DAZ|Studio. I also work in Photoshop and CorelDraw to cover the 2D graphics stuff.
I don't have too much patience for setting up final renders, because my interests lie in modeling. "Non-organic" modeling, or "hard surface" modeling, in the sci-fi genre to be specific. So the bulk of the images in my gallery are modeling WIP's and design studies, the rest are photos and a few quick sketches. I consider myself a hobbyist, because I am still at a level where my skills definitely need a lot more improvement.
I'm an architect by training, and work as Studio Manager for an architectural/interiors design office. I was born, raised and educated in the Philippines, but am currently based in Bangkok, Thailand where I live my wife, "Kanittha", our son "Nio" and our cat "Samuel".
Thank you very much for looking up my page.

Once upon a time I had USAF transfer orders to US embassy [MAAG} Bankok. Concurrent to MAAG London. Your photos give me reason to even more regret discharging instead. You show a country of such beauty and peace - worth more than gold or jewels. And my cat could have gone to Thailand but not back to London. LOL. World events of the late 1960's & political involvement across a couple borders ... Thanks for sharing. Dwayne

Nice use of thirds Moe. I agree about that time of the day, with the sense of calm and the content within. You definitely captured the mood my friend.

Are these birds along the water? Very nice.

great compostition.... and a tricky exposure pulled off well... Any nasty stuff in the reservoir moe? coz i feel like a swim (by nasty stuff i mean things that can eat you)

Thanks for the comments! :o) The stuff near the water are lotus plants. Not in bloom, so they look pretty crappy. I don't think that there's anything nasty in the water... no mystery monsters or anything like that. I hear that the fishing is good though... mebbe next time I go up there.

Fantastic! I could use some stillness and calm in my life. It seems, these days, that everything is rush rush rush. One day I fear I'll have rushed my life away.
