Description

Another day - and - another picture from Lofoten, far north in Norway. After i shot yesterday's picture I've walked maybe one kilometer, crossing over a low shoulder of the highest mountain on this particular island. On top of said mountain lies a NATO surveilance/radar station - visitors are strongly discouraged... The two sharp mountains from yesterday's picture can be seen in this one too. On the right you can see the lower part of a mountain called Mannen (the Man) - and beyond it a small hill (which is actually a small island) naturally called T

had to come take another look... of a land so far away & not much known about... i guess it snows here pretty heavy in the winter... i do imagine what it may be like to live in such a place... this really is a beautifully composed shot :] thank you
