D Sharp by TwoPynts

Something about the arrangement of this scene reminded me of a music stanza, so here you have the avian version of the "D" note in the Treble Clef. I played a number of musical instruments in my youth, but never enjoyed readying music. I much rather play things by ear. But perhaps this is a sign... ;o] ----- Thanks for stopping by and for your fun comments on yesterday's image, Attitude.

a lonely tone, indeed ;-)

Maybe you could play a complete tune if you photographed a row of them. It's only one note away from the beginning of "Blackbird singing in the dead of night."

The lone dove, usually they are in groups, fine capture, the lighting must have been tough to get right, excellent image composition.

As a musician myself I know that all compositions start out with the first note :-) and, this is a wonderful composition! Let's jam :-)

I guess in the back recesses of the mind you were once exposed to the PBS commercial spot of a pianist contemplating when birds landed on the wire outside his studio. He gazed and then it hit. Nice discovery. Maybe a sign for you?

Actually (For me) there is a bit of an optical illusion, the lines almost look like the lines that seperate tracks for track & field! I like how your mind works! Yes, a single note! Fine image!
