Description

A thunderhead approaches, it looks like a supercell, better take cover :) This was started last year actually. I had a tough time trying to get the clouds angle I wanted but I had this specifically in mind. It was nice when I got the right POV and sun angle but then the Terragen clouds didn't look so hot. Now that I am better at postworking I brought it back and did some softening of the clouds to get this. I found a good technique to fix my strange clouds using the gimp. You might guess from this title that there will be a nighttime version. With all my "firsts" in this one, that one has a lot more. Michael

Amazing... at a loss for words with this... My goodness the clouds certainly steal the thunder... LOL... seriously gorgeous work... beautiful POV, the haze is amazing.. perfect surfacing, outstanding and amazing clouds!!!!
