Hi again every one. I did not post anything in july so I'm posting lots this month. Thanks Zacko for your comments on my other shots. I shot this on a hike that my wife Kim (AKA bentchick) and I did to frog lakes in the Eastern Sierra a couple of weeks ago. One of my best macros yet. So everyone please let me know if you like this shot.

absolutely... it's a beaut of a shot in the dof & color... font seems a bit overpowering for such a delicate shot but that's minor to the photo... cool you being bentchick's hubby! :]

I have to agree with cynlee here, what I feel is the image could have been a tad bit brighter then the white frame around would be okay but considering the image as is... if you could post it without the white it would look better....moreover the font color and sharpness adds to this giving an overall a dull impression of an image which has been very beautifully captured in an excellent angle. :O))

I will tell you this much: I LOVE IT!!! The colours are magnificent and your DOF is perfect. Love that classic white frame too. But i agree on the font being a tad too distracting, but its your shot that should be in focus and it is. So congratulations on a job well done...and congrats on snatching such a cool wifey....hope ya didnt snatch any of those M&Ms, LOL. Have a wonderful weekend you two. #:O)
