I don't know if you're in Europe or not - but I would guess on a Green Lacewing - more specifically Chrysopa Septempunctata - a large, bright green lacewing that can be recongnized by seven tiny black spots on its head... Beautiful macro!

Those above are right; it is a lacewing. A very helpful insect that eats many other pest insects. We have them here in Arizona too. They seem to show up when our weather cools down in September. Excellent macro shot John!
