Thanks for viewing !! :o) - Personally, i very much like the composition with the dragon sitting on the heather like that :o) Its probably a female Ruddy Darter (Sympetrum sanguineum), but i didnt get a real good look though. Yep, this really is a great pose. Guess, sometimes it's better not to get tooo close on them? In this case, it's just that the background has some similar colours so the dragonfly doesn't stand out all to well? Still great work - as usually ;-)

Still can't figure out how you get this close...they don't seem to like me this close...I like it on the heather also..makes for some interesting compo! Aloha!

Beautiful heather!! I don't see heather over here and this is such a wonderful shot of it and of COURSE your little dragon so perfectly posed for you!! :-))) Excellent!
