Description
I did a slight touch up in postwork to get rid of an artifact from the render, otherwise, this is all Poser 6. I was going to do a bit more postwork, but this image has taken a couple of weeks now to get right, so I figured I would just post it already, and move on.
I wanted to get as much realism as I could out of this image. I think I did a pretty decent job of it.
I give credit to Face_Off for his real skin tutorial. I changed some of the methods, including the way I approached SSS. I did not use his scripts though. I wanted to see if I could do it on my own before getting his scripts. Given the complexity of the work involved, I may just pick them up to speed up the process in the future.
Anyway, I hope you like this, and as always, any constructive criticism is welcome. Thanks for taking time to check out my work!

The eyes are wall-eyed, and are to far under the eyelids. More pupil should be visible, unless she IS doped to the gills! LOL! The right eye(as I look at it) needs the grey-toned eye-shadow merged with the skin tone with a slightly more feathered look. The lips do not look real. There are almost parallel creases in the lips, that would be evident at this distance of the render. There are several free textures where this is addressed. The present lip texture is more distracting than realistic. Other than that--The rest of the textures are photorealistic and flawless. I particularly like the little crease at the corners of the eyes! Most people forget those! I'm glad you didn't! ^__^

yikes. i really think you should invest in some better textures, like Bryn or something. The face morph is really quite ugly, and your skin shader has no specular or bump, or if it does, it really doesnt show it. buy some quality stuff, eg, Face off's shader (or better still his P6 Realism Kit) and use better textures!

Interesting render. It looks like the eyelash material is amiss, since there is a faint purpleness where there should be transparency. There is also some tony black spots under her nose and lips - maybe you used AO on a light and need to increase the samples?

Yes she looks high. Ah well. She was originally supposed to be a prostitute, and she kinda wound up a heroin addict... All of the Mat Room work I did messed up the makeup, ah well... As far as the texture, it is the default Jessi P6 texture. I played with it in Photoshop for the makeup before working on the model in the Mat Room..Sorry I'm not Michaelangelo... I did drop the bump map, since it interfered with the pores, which use displacement. Don't know why, just did... I plan on getting Face_Off's shader. I just wanted to see how close I could come on my own first... Face_Off, you have no idea how frustrated I got with the eyelashes. I begged for help in the forum, and no one could really help me. I finally just gave up. The purpleness comes from the eyeshadow, I just couldn't get the eyelashes to work right. As far as the AO, I dropped all the AO from the lights. It's only there via a node. I think with all of the other nodes plugged in, it just caused havok on the AO. I'm not all that concerned. As I mentioned, I was going to postwork it, but then I just gave up. I have other ideas in my head, and since this is nowhere near the original image I had planned, I figured I would just throw it up here and be done with it. It was a learning experience, but that's about it. Thanks for the responses!
