BIO
Programming is my main gig. 9 to 5 I am a DBA on a SQL Server platform. I also write code in JavaScript/VBScript/C/C++/C#/Visual Basic, I am learning TorqueScript, so I can finally create my video game with my company Evil Arts. I am also learning Python, so I can be of more use to the community-at-large for Poser. 3D art is something I have loved for a few years now. I began using Poser with v4 Pro Pack. I fell in love from day one, and I continue to work with it today (on v6 now.)

You're coming strong. Ist thing to tackle are dreaded poserlights. You seem to be workin hard there.Quirky, buggy, sometimes cranky and will not deliver. When they work, save em as a PZ3 for later(only way to save shadowmap). I'd displace the wall tile from texture (0.2 or such). Breaks it up. Welcome to the addiction. There are some great dynamic cloths in freestuff. carib98, svdl,,,more drugs...

Yeah, I moved the lights around A LOT. I tried getting the displacement right, but it was freaking out on me, so I left it at this point. I'll have to check out those dynamics. I have done a few with just changing conforming to dynamic, but it would eliminate the extra steps. Thanks for the comments guys!

She looks great. For the lighting, I think in general you should always have most of your light coming from above the camera (rather than below). That way you get nice shadows on the ground, and you don't light up underneath the figure nose - which is usually uncomplimentry to the face shape.

Normally, my lights do point down, however, I stuck in a spotlight pointing up from the ground to get that sharp shadow on the wall. I preferred that to the floor shadow in this case. I also put a point light in line with her thigh to get that extra shininess on the skirt. Thanks for the comments!
