Description
...okay here's my first try at caustics as well as my first shot at HDRI and also my first successful attempt at a realistic glass surface...all in this was a pretty darn successful image if you ask me...
...i'm thinkin' about doing a higher res image with some volumetric lighting [would be my first shot at that as well] and maybe changing the the ground plain to a dirty dusty floor, get an abandoned warehouse feel going that would give some contrast to the bright shiny object...make it feel a little outta' place...
also would serve as an cool replacement for my desktop as i'm starting to get sick of my current one...

...render time - about an hour a frame depending on proximity to camera
