Description

This ended up a lot different than originally intended. I was just playing around with my newly acquired copy of Vue Infinite, so I created this animation of an island rising out of the waters which was populated by a tree ecosystem thingy. The animation itself took eons to render and looked pretty terrible, but the final frame of the animation which I rendered to full size looked pretty alright. Once that finished I thought I'd render just the water and atmosphere for 'fun'. I liked this a lot more than the newly-born mountain. As you can probably tell, it's not a straight vue render. I through a couple photoshop filters on top just to add some... turbulence to it :)

This is a wonderfully dynamic piece with delicate balance and tone. Keep them coming. Excellent + VOTE

Love this, its very ominous. The water and sky came out fantastic and the post work on them really worked well. Not too keen on the lens flare though. But still, nice scene.

I love how you have light on one side and darkness on the other.
