Description

Nobody's Hero Sept. 2005 (Poser & Lot of Photoshop) Yesterday, when I saw the last post from Hedda, I became sad, sad 'cause she's gone for a while ( hope you find your way my friend and come back soon). When I am sad, I listen sad songs (it's stupid, but it's like this) then I listened "Nobody's Hero" from the last Bon Jovi album, and I decided to find lyrics text on the Net. I found it and when I read them, I think again to the US Tragedy with Katrina, like they had written this song for the victims of a tragedy. My thoughts inspired me this image. I left the straight trees with their sheets and chidren's contrast which symbolizes.... HOPE. White people are not all rich, Black people are not all poor... But.... When Nature is angry, we are really so little!!! My thoughts to all the victims in USA and now in Japan. ********* All by me except the song,of course, from Bon Jovi Album: 100,000,000 Bon Jovi Fans Can't Be Wrong (Dics 4) Hope you enjoy and thank you for comments PEACE

Hey Eric, you're a rocker with a heart of gold. This is a stunning and heart wrenching image! What is happening in the south is far more serious than anyone could imagine, and the problems here seem small by comparison, but I too am sad to see Hedda take a leave from Rosity. I know she will return when she feels well enough. Beautiful work of art! Huge Vote!

Outstanding, The artwork says it all, the words to the song are a plus. It's your art you make with your beautiful heart. Sad, Sad, The people that have been relocated to Michigan are now in a Hospital getting shots and getting ready to be sent to different Citys in Michigan. A lot are not very happy being here, so far from home.

What an exceptional and emotional tribute Eric. I can only imagine, what these people have been going through and so little being done to relieve their suffering, even though all the authorities knew Katrina was on it's way. There seems to have been no contingency plans whatsoever and I would imagine that a lot of people died needlessly as a result. Excellent! Steve :o)

I just wanted you to know that many of the evacuees from New Orleans will see your wonderful picture you dedicated to them on Sat. 9/10/05 I am a nurse who is currently working with 150 survivors at a facility in Alton, Illinois. I am going to put several of the moving pictures I find here up on a wall there for all to see. I was there with the doctors I work with on Thurs and they are all lovely people, grateful for all of our care. They will appreciate your picture and be touched by your wonderful insight.

Very touching and emotional image, Eric! I agree with you about Hedda and I will miss her like crazy! Between this and everything that is going on in the world right now, it's quite easy to be sad and depressed! I now because I have been there the past couple weeks. Amazing artwork filled with sentiment and emotion. Outstanding image!!

I've been touched by this image, and by quite a few of your other work, you really know how to get to our hearts and I congratulate for that. Not every artist can do this, your work is magnificent and I hope you will continue to amaze us for a long time. Thank you for being here.
