Description

Hi Guys! I thought I would start the day off with a little 'Morning Zen' The last couple of weeks I have been dealing with this horrid stomuch flu! I am finally stating to feel more like my old self and celebrated with a beautiful morning hike. I decided to share a little Morning Zen with you, hope you enjoy as much as I did! Oh I also wanted to say that it was very cold up here last night, can you see the frozen water on that log on the right? Thanks to all who commented on my last post 'Sierra Back Country' I am so glad you liked it!

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one living in a cold climate :) And, of course, I'm glad you're up and about - what better way to recuperate than taking in sights like this!
