Hi Guys! I thought I would start the day off with a little 'Morning Zen' The last couple of weeks I have been dealing with this horrid stomuch flu! I am finally stating to feel more like my old self and celebrated with a beautiful morning hike. I decided to share a little Morning Zen with you, hope you enjoy as much as I did!
Oh I also wanted to say that it was very cold up here last night, can you see the frozen water on that log on the right?
