Description

This is a fleabitten Appaloosa, funny name for a pretty coat. I thought since you liked my last post so much that I would lay another one on ya! This is a handsome guy isn't it, for those of you that remember a previous post ' Home on the Range', this is a close up of the white horse, which, you can see if you look closely, is not a white horse at all, but an appy. Thanks to all who commented on my last post "Colt of Curiosity' I am so glad you liked it, I tried to fine tune the sky in a little better on this one.

Poor baby! No respect! Seems to be a bit disdainful of you tho - bit of attitude goes with the name, well done.

Okay, I don't like the clouds in this one! They do look "painted on". You might try applying a motion blur or, depending on what program your using, there is a "clouds" filter. If you look at my "Bear" pic, that's what I used on that one to cover a fence in the background. Love the horse! He's cool!!!

This closeness is perfect. To be honest, I would never know a name of any horse, but I like them. You did outstanding on it.

Horses are definitly one of my favorite animals. They look soooo majestic. This one in particular. Theres something about white horses that make them look a little superior....was it because Pippi Longstockings had one i wonder, LOL. Stupid swedish children-books...pfft...lol. Wonderful work once again Janice. Excellent!!! Have a terrific day. #:O)

Very nice depth of field and beautiful color. Thanks for the lesson on breeds - didn't know that. I rode quarter horses in my youth, but tend to walk now. As the old Calvary officers use to say, "A man without a horse is a foot!"
