Excellent clouds!!!! but the surfaces are too saturated and flat to look natural! Try more child layers with different tones of the same color! Sorry if you did this by purpose, a naive-like art look!(I'm no expert just trying to be helpful)

A nice, soft sky look. Your cloud work is very good in this scene. An interesting color contrast (caught my eye in the thumbnail). Marcoantonio makes a good suggestion- if you can build up some layers on the terrain, you can achieve a nice blending, without losing the contrast you might be going for. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the suggestions! I did a later image where I increased the roughness of the green child layer where the landscape looked better - but I'd changed the sky at that point and didn't like the image as much overall.
