Materials: Raven for the DAZ PT, modified Serge Marck dress, procedural shaders and fractal terrain. Rendered in Carrara4Pro. Commentary: This is the first of a concept series. The intent was to avoid the didactic and make an image where mood, setting, and story are ambiguous. The viewer is invited to read their own interpretations as to what kind of world this might be and what place the girl has in it. Thus, the setting is deliberately artificial and lacking the cues that put it into human scale or needs. Technical: The dress was converted to dynamic cloth and captured in a moment of animation. Result was ported with TransPoser, and lit with only the light from the rendered sky. A touch of direct light from a second render was comped in with PhotoShop. All the figure shaders were massaged with ShaderOps plug-ins, and the stone wall is a multi-level procedural written specifically for the image. Also uses BAT Labs knee socks, Kozaburo's KyokoHairMK3, a bow from Taruru's Fighter Costume, and the Vintage Boots from my store.
