Description


Kwele ( Gabon, Africa ) This is another version of the same tribe (Kwele) mask that are used during initiation ceremonies . The mask has two large horns ( sometimes joined ( see mask #1 )or open at the end like this one ), with a heart shaped face in the center of the mask. It represents the antelope who are the spirits of the forest. They call them Ekuk
