Description

Playing with a city scape and stumbled across this angle, where the area ligh did some bizarre stuff with the buildings. Blowing out highlights and sucking almost all of the color out of the render. So to bring in some stark visual contrast into the scene I added the muscle car in bright red and white to focus the scene. With the buildings remaining sinister in the background.

Interesting scene and effect! The car's shadow doesn't look quite right for a sun based one...

Very interesting results buddy. I think you are on to something here, with the pnevai effect. :o)

Thanks guys, Yeah I found it very peculiar, Objects in the background (Not a composite) may not have alot of color nor does the parking area, but There is enough to stand out. I was using area lighting in the scene and while panning the camera around for a flythrough I came across this area where the Area only lighting seemed to bleed all of the color out of the buildings in the background while at the same time blowing out the highlights. Giveing it a forboding look.

I think this is fantastic! I'd like to see one on the road or in my driveway! Great render!
