Description

This piece was inspired by an image called "The Little Sailor" by Kimmariehere which hit a note with me about the magic of childhood. I also tried and enjoyed some Photoshop brushes (not tubes) by A_'s Grass Kit. This version is half size of the original for upload requirements and was painted in Photoshop CS2 and Painter. I pretty much go back and forth with these apps as they each have Brush attributes that are not found in the other.

Man, is this ever amazing and so detailed! it's picture perfect!! The environment is so incredibly detailed and lush with green foliage, and the water and reflections are superb! You truly amaze me with your immense talents, and this piece has such a youthful and serene feeling! Reminds me of those inocent and simple days with little or no real world problems to clutter the mind!! Superb artwork!!
