Description

This piece was inspired by an image called "The Little Sailor" by Kimmariehere which hit a note with me about the magic of childhood. I also tried and enjoyed some Photoshop brushes (not tubes) by A_'s Grass Kit. This version is half size of the original for upload requirements and was painted in Photoshop CS2 and Painter. I pretty much go back and forth with these apps as they each have Brush attributes that are not found in the other.

WOW! It seems I've a lot of wonderful and inspiring artworks over the past few months. Browsing through your gallery is so much fun and this image is no exeption. All those greens create such a good feeling that I wish winter's already over here. Superb artwork Ken. Some more like this please! :)
