Gorgeous! Looks like a closeup of a marble. Too many air bubbles for it to be something larger (like a glass paperweight).

I must agee that it's a marble....I played marbles as a kid and was quite good at it, spent many a day in the dirt shooting marbles...Excellent work here Kort! Aloha!
