Description
Ok awhile back I had said I was working on a project but I couldn't say anything about it. Well this was it:)
I was commissioned by Nightwish to do the band portrait for the booklet centerfold of the new Highest Hopes CD and DVD pack :)
Needless to say I was thrilled and still cant get over it. I do have the individual images and work in progress if you are interested in seeing them.
I am now working on another commission project for another band. I will post it as soon as I am allowed to:)
Painted in Photoshop with a Wacom tablet.

Great work... I'm fairly new to Nightwish (just have Once on CD), but they are fantastic! This image is definitely worthy of gracing their album.

heh I was just gonna ask if you told the band about this image and then I read your text. Thats pretty amazing that they wanted you to do it and I can totally understand why, this is really cool. Nightwish is a great band, I wonder what will happend with them now.
