Description
This morning I dropped off the kids to school and drove down a country road. I saw these horses that caught my eye.
The black horse is a retired rescued champion thoroughbread race horse - (I was told by the keeper- who was run to almost death and is now retired and treated wonderfully.
These two-they were eating and doing nothing more than just that. I was about ready to give up and go back home and then the big black thoroughbred horse suddenly went over and nuzzled the smaller horse hello. I felt lucky to get this shot as my camera has a two second delay. Just got lucky. My first real horse attempt. Oh wow-that ex race horse had a majestic presence about it hard to explain hmm like..., some kind of wise and knowing charisma!
Then drove to meet up with for the first time a special lady from here in person!! And so, spent a wonderful day with Georgy! She is a beautiful gal inside and out and we are lucky to have her talent on here.

This is most beautiful capture, and your luck gave us the opportunity to witness the little things in life which mean more than most than we can comprehend! It's always a joy to read about abused animals that are rescued from caring people to enjoy their natural lives, not entertaining humans for fun and profit! They look so happy together and enjoying life without our problematic systems getting in the way! Kudos to the owner for granting them this wish, and kudos to you for this magnificent post!!
