Description

"Beschwipst sein" is german vor beeing tipsy and a little drunk. The double-p is from the spoof source of the Schweppes logo. I am aware that Schweppes has not much to do with alcololic beverages, but I don't either, it was the first bottle besides coca cola that fell into my hands scavenging my room for inspiration. I hope you like it. It's mostly a test for glass, plastic and liquid effects. I decided not to allow ranking anymore to encourage more people to comment and comments are far less meaningless than checking the rankbox. ;) So thanks in advance for any comments, be they helpfull, admiring, or none of both. ^_^

oh my god! It's Ranseier again... I tried VERY hard to find a weak spot in your picture to criticise, but I didn't find one. Nearly photorealistic. If you would have used a more natural environment it wouldn't be that clear, that it actually IS rendered. Very good! ...oans, zwoa, gsuffa?

Thanks. However a clear giveaway I must admit is of course the fact, that there are no caustics casted by the lights through the glas and bottles on the floor. I cut the caustics to save render time, but I am still looking for a good way to fake them. g

Realism is a software from Moxan, which is a parallel dimension susidiary company of Maxon. In that dimension I suppose I would have posted this picture in the surrealism gallery. ^_^

Ok the missing light effects on the bubbles, dont think I would of picked that umless seeing a before and fater render changes. The things I was looking at are the plastic bottle not only looks darn good but close to the same plastic needed for that lable. The straw and glass are just about spot on perfect so cutting out some lighting effects in bubbled liquid to save render time,,, we might let you get away with it this time lol.
