Hope everybody's Halloween was a great one. Me? I spent mine telling my version of how a truck caused me to plow into him doing about 45 mph. I wrote this, breifly describing what happened, and I made the other guy seem hateful because he only asked me once if I was ok, then stayed away from me. So, here's to hoping he gets what he deserves. And I give you "A Car Wreck". A Car Wreck Stop sign Means nothing to this man He see's no cars coming from his right Pull out Hit in the side He doesn't care, his truck just has a dent He looks at the car Totaled is an understatement The driver abit over 17 yrs old "You okay?" He sneers "Yeah, I'm fine" The teenager says He doesn't care either way 9-1-1 on his cell phone He dials to make it look like he cares The teen sits on the grass by the road The teen stares at the car Tears almost in his eyes He lost his one way trip to freedom Cops show up Lights and vehicles blink Battery acid all over the road; He doesn't care The man just directs the traffic Trying to look good for the police officers Another comes to take over, so he leaves No sorry, no sympathy This man is a cold-hearted man He leaves the teenager crying for his loss He doesn't know about how It was the teens first car he ever owned Bought on his 16th birthday by his parents and grandparents Stop sign Means nothing to this man Neither does the meaning of love for a car
